This registration session will allow you to complete your contact information, sign up for player participation, vote for QYHA Board Members and submit payment for programs chosen. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all your information has been provided accurately.
Registrations for Girls 19U, Presidents League and 67s will be managed separately. Look for more information on those registrations later in the month.
We are making a chance to our payment process. Invoices will be sent via a separate program, the details to be provided by July 1.
As in the past we will breakdown payments via monthly installments from July through February. You will also be able to choose to pay in lump sums throughout the year however a minimum payment of $100 per player is required at the jersey sizing. Players will not receive a jersey in September without the deposit.
To confirm no payments will be collected during this registration process, invoices will be distributed in July to the email on record. Please make sure your contact information is accurate when completing this registration.
